Just to be certain, the content (what's inside) of the packages has not changed. It's where the packages apply (server based) and their availability (per population) that has changed.

What will happen to the Courtier Ltd packages that we have in inventory that aren't server locked? Will we still be able to claim them for any server?

CaspianYesterday at 1:53 PM @🌧 Duchess Aèternà 🌧 There are 28 unbound Duke packages in the wild currently. We anticipate as many as 16 of them could be for Luna.
As people bind those 28 packages, we will update the numbers available in the store. If the worst happens and after selling the remaining 5 Luna packages people attempt to claim Luna as their server, and it would cause more than 72 Dukes to be claimed on Luna, the remaining ones simply will be unable to lock to Luna.
CaspianYesterday at 1:55 PM Moral of the story: encourage those 28 dukes to lock in! It looks like Counts will be ok at least for awhile.

They are locked to the server that you select during Server Selection. If you haven't yet picked a server, then yes you can use it for whichever one you end up picking.
There are various reasons to pick a server, not the least of which being to make sure you get one of the slots on that server, but you can still hold out if you have reasons to do so.
@ Casian: Yes, you can declare and lock as you like.
Any Courtier Ltd pack/s you pick up can be then taken from the pool available on the server you have then locked in.

Yes, if there is room available for unbounded accounts to settle within the Kingdom, but the chance might be slim. If one is interested, then they might have a better chance in landing there if they have a reservation from one of the dukes or duchesses.

Chances currently are not slim, we have a lot of extra spots for people to join our Kingdom ~
We have about 100+ that are Free kingdom, and we have 144 that can be reserved, and so that leaves around 44 free slots that aren't reserved.
So basically, we have 188 ish free slots that anyone who is not free kingdom can place into and join. That is not slim by any means and I hope that I was able to assist in clarifying that.
