The supply event has been very buggy as of recently. What your describing is a common glitch people have been having..not being awarded coin after using another supply crate or there coins dissapearing with a refresh. SBS has said they know of the glitches going on ,and are keeping logs for the event to fix things in the future.
I will not spend any more money until this will get fixed sadly.
