I propose that the new 'kingdom' be a democracy with an elected leader. The people of this nation would elect a new leader every year (rl year) with no leader allowed to lead two years successively. In this system it would be realistic that a 'working class' player could become a 'King' overnight (we know this won't happen in the other kingdoms). After successfully serving as leader for a year (facilitating votes and forums to learn the will of the people and then realising this will) the leader would be granted property and a manor befitting a nation's former leader and would then return to being a typical member of the community (with obvious increased standing). All other levels of the hierarchy would remain as in the other Kingdoms.

Ultimately this would be a nation of free people with equal voice and an opportunity for us all to advance our family line, and see the world from various positions. I put myself forward as the first leader of the Democratic Nation of Free men and women.
