If you bought the carriage for two and never sent the extra package to someone you should have one in your inventory. Your own package is not in the inventory list instead it should show up in the top part of the account management page just below the "Last online" date.

Claiming the 'extra' Elyrian pack would pretty much just give you the extra spark of life.
