Currently the DSS is in view only mode for cleaning up. Next monday (7-10-19) at 9 PST if I recall correctly DSS will be open for selecting again. At this point it wont use a timer system anymore and will be first come first serve based. This is for all people that didnt select their servers prior to the set date.

As your account is only two months old you wouldnt have been able to pick a date prior to the cutoff date and thus will be picking in the last part of DSS (so starting monday)
