Hello, new guy here - Alaska timezone

Looking at being a explorer at first, then eventually crafter. Debating on bowrafting or blacksmithing, but up in the air for now.

Let me be the first to welcome you to our fine community. Depending on the biome you settle in, you could make a killing as a Bowcrafter.

Hi, welcome to Elyria and NA-W.

Have fun adventuring, if you want to settle as a Bowyer or Fletcher, we in the Shrub Steppe would appreciate it. Got lots of game.

Either one would likely be profitable. Blacksmiths are welcome everywhere and bows will be sorely needed in some biomes and in certain situations!

ref This game was a dream. Its dead now.

Welcome to CoE.

Thanks for the welcomes, I've always been a huge crafter in every MMO Ive played, going back to Ultima Online. Eleria looks to be pretty awesome. It looks like crafting will be a huge part of the economy.

Welcome to CoE! What part of Alaska are you in? I'm in Anchorage. I think both are viable professions and will add to wealth generation wherever you end up. I also see you played Ultima Online, great baseline for players to come from. Everyone needs more people, so I think the biggest question is have you searched each of the Kingdoms, or looked at preferred tribes? As those will get you in the right area and help you scope down to a community that feels like home for you :)

Middle of no-where Delta Junction.

Nice! I'm down on the pen. There is actually an Alaskan group if you're interested.

Is your picture from EQN?

Sure, I wouldnt mind meeting a few more local players (local = 10 hr distance)

And picture is from Shroud of the Avatar. its a pretty decent FTP MMO, it was crowdfunded a few years ago, and still in the growing stage. Lots of little issues, but still really good. If you get bored and want to give it a shot, LMK.
