Minimum Requirements (Estimated) :

Windows 7

1GB VRAM and DirectX 11 support

4GB RAM

2GHz Dual Core 64bit CPU

If you are looking for a laptop I would build higher than these requirements since the game is still in development and just from my experience no game is ever been optimized for the settings they advertise, at least not on the game very first launch.. Some thing could change and you may need a something a bit stronger or if you are not buying anything in the next 5 or 6 years after you buy that laptop I would push a bit higher just in case CoE has some updates down the line.

Sorry for necro-ing but they are developing on a 16GB GTX 970, i7 CPU.

Anything that is the above, or higher, will be able to run and use the game stable.
