When I go to the pledge page all of them are open for me to buy, even though I already have the highest one possible. And some of the items in the store say "Upgrade pledge package to unlock" Which again I don't see how that's possible,

There were higher tier packages that are no longer available.

I have noticed that when clicking random links or bookmarks CoE doesn't always open up with you signed in on that page for your browser.

I would make sure if you click on the store page and see that everything is messed up as you described, that you are indeed signed in proper,
