A little while back Caspian did a twitch steam of himself in his home office updating the back end database for awarding the kick starter items to players inventory.
I though this was a great way to show that they are not only working on developing the game but we are able to see the product and return in as close to real time as possible.
That was pretty cool and I hope to see something like that again.
- Also a pretty nice way to stop some folks saying its never coming out or such things. * As you literally see as all the art assets, data and processes come together into your virtual account wallet.*

I think how the dev locomotion and combat videos differ is that it was a rough test environment video capture.. maybe a live twitch feed showing one side of the screen the dev test world and the other side the live full render of the test environment.. then show us how such things will interact between the two styles..maybe even take requests from watchers to interact in the environment though the dev ?
kinda like we are playing together.
